We understand that distance runners have different demands. We perform repetitive motions over and over again over a duration of time maximizing speed, power and mental toughness.
Training for distance running is similar to playing chess- you have to be patient. You have to know when to advance forward and when to back off. The difference between our coaching for run and strength to any generic template you find online is we KNOW training cycles to peak for performance days (races) and we CONNECT weekly writing week to week to customize and work within YOUR schedule.
We understand that confidence and personalized coaching is one of MANY important puzzle pieces to improve running performances.
