Our Why

We understand that distance runners have different demands. We perform repetitive motions over and over again over a duration of time maximizing speed, power and mental toughness. 

Training for distance running is similar to playing chess- you have to be patient. You have to know when to advance forward and when to back off. The difference from our strength training programming to any generic template you find online is we KNOW training cycles to peak for performance days (races).

We understand that strength is one of MANY important puzzle pieces to improve running performances.  All plans feature:

  • Easy-to-follow strength routines with instructional videos and equipment list.
  • 30-60 minute workouts in 4 levels from beginners in strength training to elite level strength training for runners.
