Our "Startline"

There are two markers one tends to think about when signing up for a race: The start, and the finish. Out of these two markers, the finish is glamourized; it is the place where medals are handed out, personal bests are confirmed, smiles are captured on-camera, and celebratory high-fives (and maybe even a banana) are given.

Both of us have lined up on start lines for over 15 years; from grass to track to pro starts on the road. We understand a commonality of getting to any race start line is having strength mentally and physically.

Our focus: build confidence and strategic strength for distance runners to have their strongest and healthiest start line.

Women Run Canada

"These Thunder Bay, Ontario-born twins have been running together since they attended Midwestern State University in Texas. In 2022, they took on their first marathon (the California International Marathon) and became the year’s 11th and 12th fastest Canadian women. These two are full of wisdom (how good is "a bad day is just a lesson to grow from"?!?), fun and confidence, all of which will definitely rub off on you. This episode pairs equally well with an excellent cup of coffee or a slow long run. You'll need your breath for laughing."
