Experienced with strength training but don't know how to align training for a half marathon and/or Marathon training with strength work to maximize your running potential?
We understand the careful balance to peak for workout days and be race day fit without sacrificing strength work in your training cycle. Say goodbye to running plateaus, confusion where to fit in lifting and hello to a strong healthy season with Startline strength programming!
Strength IV Elite includes 2-3 weekly workouts 50-60 minutes in length of programming delivered in a simple format with instructional videos for reference and equipment list.
You will have an initial consultation with your coaches Kim and Michelle to discuss your goals, strength experience and peak race(s) of the season. Programming will be completely custom built around your initial consultation.
*NOTE: You do not have to be "elite" runner for this program. This is for individuals with experience in strength training wanting to dedicate 2-3 days a week for strength training for a half or full marathon distance with highly custom programming.
