Already lifting/ have experience strength training but don't know how to target for distance running ? Strength II will elevate your training with specific exercises that targets distance running 5km to marathon.

2 weekly workouts 40 minutes in length of programming delivered in a simple format with instructional videos for reference and equipment list. 

Strength II includes custom program scheduling*  to "peak" at a race.

*Upon subscription purchase you will receive a form to communicate your goal race of the season. Programming will be built to peak at your race.
