Do you want to peak for a specific event during your season with a strength program that will align with your training cycle? Strength III will take your training to the next level with specific exercises that target distance running, fit within your training cycle and experience level from 5km to marathon.
2 weekly workouts 50 minutes in length of programming delivered in a simple format with instructional videos for reference and equipment list.
Strength III includes completely custom programming* to "peak" at a race within a training block/season and programming to meet your experience and overall strength goals.
*An initial consultation with Kim and Michelle will be set up virtually after purchase through email to discuss your training goals, experience with strength training and peak race of the season to align your completely custom strength programming.
